Heather makes herself available most anytime I needed advice. She is very relatable and easy to talk to and confide in without judgment.
She is able to see the whole picture objectively when others see a situation in tunnel vision without a way out. Heather is supportive, caring, and offers clear advice not clouded by emotion.
My daughter was going through such a rough patch. She’s 16 and struggling with her relationship with her dad and overall self-esteem issues. Heather was such an amazing resource for her. She was available for in-person meetings and texting sessions when most needed. She offered just the right amount of encouragement and firmness when needed. Her ability to connect with my daughter and speak “teen” was amazing. She helped my daughter immensely in ways that, as her mom; I just could not do.

What is your experience?
I am available via email, voice chat, or messaging outside of the regularly scheduled weekly session. Depending on the package you purchase, I am available to clients in real-time when they may be faced with a conflict or situation they need immediate assistance resolving.
Are you available “in the moment” when I might be experiencing a conflict or problem?
Life Coaching is not therapy. Therapists address the "why" of a specific problem or issue facing a client and work with clients to address problematic behaviors, beliefs, and feelings. Therapists are licensed clinicians and can provide diagnoses of mental health conditions. Life Coaches do not diagnose mental health issues.
How is Life Coaching different from therapy?
Life Coaches focus on the "now" and work alongside a client to address current roadblocks or issues hindering success or goals. A Life Coach helps guide an individual through a specific set of issues or challenges or helps an individual to realize specific goals. A Life Coach works alongside the client to navigate roadblocks or challenges that are hindering the client's progress or success.
What is Life Coaching?
I am not a licensed therapist or mental health provider. I hold a bachelor's degree in social psychology, A master's degree in forensic psychology, and a Ph.D. in Forensic Psychology. I have twenty-five years of experience working with individuals and families in human services and mediation.
Are you a therapist?
I provide life coaching for individuals as well as mediation services for families, parents, couples, co-workers, businesses, and friends. I provide services for individuals looking to mediate their divorce or custody situations.
